It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nick Lantz, who resided in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital.

It was stated that he had passed away through a release on social media that read, “Our family has lost a great man; this is one of the most difficult things we have ever suffered through.

” It is imperative that my parents and Nick’s three children receive as much love and prayers as they possibly can. The reason for his passing has not been disclosed to the general public.

He was a devoted and loving husband to his wife, Jessi Lantz, and a loving and caring father to his four children, Noa, Milan, Graycen, and Easton. Nick Lantz passed away on April 15, 2019.

In addition to working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital, he was a resident of Fort Dodge, Iowa.
